A thruster is when you squat down and then stand up and thrust the weight in the air, yes? If so ... makes me want to sign up for Chemistry lab.

That's cool... when i was doing all those "shoot the duck" moves at the roller skating rink growing up, I was learning how to do pistol squats and didn't even know it. I'm doing this WOD with skates on. I'll do the thrusters rolling down to the cone and the SDHP on the way back, stop for the burpees, then shoot the duck squats for the next 200...smart... I'll be killing the 200s at the same time!!!
