Nat-Attack...DNF?!? That makes me sad. It's ok though cause I totally got a big fat DNF last Thursday with the Squat Cleans.

Nat-Attack...watch Chris Spealler do it at crossfit.com under picture (which has E in it btw) click on "Speal vs. Eric". Don't think I'll be trying the 235# anytime soon. Guess I'm doing the bar! ;)
