CROSSFIT BLOOD: MURPH

For Time (partition the reps as needed, must start and end with full run):
1 Mile Run
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run

Im not really sure how I feel this. I am excited that there isnt any weights. However, those 100 pull ups scare me. I am definitely going to use a pull-up band toward the end. I'm not looking to get a HUGE open blister on my hand!

55:21...This is the LONGEST crossfit wod I have ever done! It was awesome, but my body is definitely feeling the effects of it this morninger!!

Broke it down like this:
Round 1 = 50 Squats, 35 Pushups, 17 Pullups
Round 2 = 50 Squats, 33 Pushups, 17 Pullups
Round 3 = 50 Squats, 33 Pushups, 17 Pullups
Round 4 = 50 Squats, 33 Pushups, 17 Pullups
Round 5 = 50 Squats, 33 Pushups, 16 Pullups
Round 6 = 50 Squats, 33 Pushups, 16 Pullups
