mmmmhh....do i want to work out today? That would be my questions. Will, you are doing this on purpose bc you know i hate burpees, and I always come to the Tuesday wod!!!

What's the next 1/2 you are doing? I might be heading to Denver in October to run the Rock 'n' Roll 1/2 with one of my Army buddies. It would be the first...only 5Ks and 10Ks thus far.

Nat...sorry I missed the WOD yesterday...really wanted to do some burpees!! And anytime you want to take a road trip to Clearwater/St Petersburg FL and/or Denver...let me know!! :-)

3 rounds even. At this moment my left pinky is going numb. Which I guess is good because before that it was tingling. Which was good because before that it was hurting almost as much as the rest of my arm. And shoulder. And abs.
