SAND WOD




A day at the beach with CrossFit Charleston...

Super big "Thank You" to all who came out and endured the "Sand WOD" with us!!
Hope you enjoyed the surf and sun, and maybe even a few of the burpees and crawls!

What a great way to end a week, focusing on breaking your routine!! I know the sand and outside elements provided for a totally different "feel"" for your workout!! We loved it!

Can't wait to see everyone back in the gym this week!! This week is gonna require a lot of weight, a lot of heart, and just a little bit o' chalk!! Let's get REAL.RAW.RELENTLESS.
