My thoughts exactly Nat-Attack! Think the hamstrings can deal with some spilt jerks so I'm in!! :P Btw, I changed to domain name to my blog...that's why you couldn't find it. I sent ya an email.

KRH: 6 rounds + 15 lunges + 3 rope changes (w/ one rope sling, sorry GH) + 1 bar to the chin... it wasn't my best performance to date. :(
