16:57 65 lbs (got 13 squat cleans with the 75 lb-er, but let's face it, 5 hours later, I would still have been there trying to finish this wod).

Joni, that's what this CrossFit stuff is all about. I was getting ready for Xfit this morning and said, "Please, God, let today give my poor thruster muscles a rest." God obviously responded... He is clearly trying to make me 'swole.'

Hahahaha you said swole! LOVE IT! I don't mind being swole, but Thrusters 3 times in one week?!?! I'm just stating the obvious...the Big Guy is the king of torture. It's a fact. :P

I was thinking the same thing....so how about I literally woke myself up last night when my hands subconsciously "thrusted" themselves over my head. True story.
