Can we post crazy ridiculous WODs with multiple rope climbs in the AM? Cause now we Army Veterans (well just me) have to go home to retrieve some more gear. Cause there ain't NO WAY in hell I'm climbing a rope 9 times after 150 OVH Squats with some Nike Free's on...I'm just sayin'. P.S. You're WRONG for those evil hands release pushups. That is all. ~Bulldog Oh and thanks for the crazy ridiculous WOD...looks like a good time (except for those OVH Squats). :P

Crazy WOD bag will be kept in the car from now on!!!
Annie from Iceland = civilian. Just sayin'. If I was walking into a WOD "blind" and had just witnessed the affiliate team obstacle course I would have been sportin' my Army boots and long pants (or ACUs). Cause I'm hard core like that. :P

@ 27 min cap: 2 Full Rounds + 11 Crazy Ridiculous Pushups. Finished WOD for fun. :P
Also, the bruises on my legs are AWESOME. :-) Thank God for long pants...otherwise instead of bruises I'd be missing some skin.

19:45 w/PVC and 6 Ground-ups for Rope Climbs. Really liked the Hands Release PUs! :)

Joni, that bag is like Mary Poppins, with practically a whole city stored in that thing. While I hate to miss a WOD, I can't say that I despised missing this one (yikes... WG, I hope you're not reading this).

Totally different bag in the car for Crazy Ridiculous WODs lol. :P Lay off the Ogio bag woman.
