PENALTY

For Time:
25 Deadlifts (115/75)
25 K2E
25 Box Jumps
25 Deadlifts

25 Box Jumps

During each new minute of the WOD, every athlete must stop the exercise they are on, and complete 4 burpees, before continuing there current reps. The faster you move, the less burpees you do!!
