1200m Run
63 KB Swings (50/30)
36 Push Ups (Hand release)
800m Run
42 KB Swings
24 Push Ups
400m Run
21 KB Swings
12 Push Ups

Told ya it was 42 and 24. I can add...even at 6AM. I can assure you, I only did 42 and 24 though...cause I knew I was right. Lol.
Hated every second of the 'pushups'. Grrrrrrrrrrr. Sorry for the 'tude...but it happens.
Have fun 630PM class. :P
