13 Full Rounds + 5 Pullups Rx (4 more pullups than last time) :(
Plus as an added bonus...3 fabulous open wounds on the hands.
REAL excited about catching a 14 lb Med Ball in my hands 150 times tomorrow. REAL excited!! ;)
