44:47: Wow, this one kicked my butt! Jumping pull-ups plus Natalie and I ran 5 miles to get to "The Box"! Yep, we are kinda crazy! :-)

For those of you that don't know about Hero WODs on the CrossFit main site this is one of them. Murph was a Navy SEAL killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005 on a day known as the biggest loss of life in Navy SEAL history...and he was the first Navy guy to be awarded the Medal of Honor (MOH) since Vietnam. Murph is the kind of WOD that should make you LOVE being a civilian...but it usually just makes me miss the Army. :P I can't WAIT to make this WOD up with E...and I don't care if I rip my hands all to hell while I am Rxing 100 pullups...totally worth it. I heart MURPH. You can read more about him in a book called "Lone Survivor" by Marcus Luttrell. Class dismissed.

42:30. I love this one. I managed to do 22 full pull-ups out of the 100 and the rest were jump-ups.
