I would miss OVH Squats...not that I need to be doing them with the way my back is right now. :( What is the weight coach?

I actually would try to make this one if it weren't for the overhead squats. Looks somewhat managable:) See you Wednesday in hopes of having an "easy on the arms" workout. Yea, I know you don't like the whining!! We all love you anyways!!
