ZU - Happy Birthday!!! I was gonna take a REST DAY after that torture William calls a WOD yesterday...but I guess I'm gonna have to suck it up. Only for you Zu...only for you would I do this! :P Plus I've never done back squats!

You'd have to be REAL. RAW. RELENTLESS. for that WOD Zu. It was terrible fun and a little painful but I still loved it...imagine that. Since I'm probably the only one with a score here they are:
With a 65 lb long bar:
Tabata Scores: (lowest of all 8 sets)
BS = 7
FP = 2
DL = 8
PJ = 4
Total Reps per exercise:
BS = 65
FP = 48
DL = 77
PJ = 37
Grand Total = 227
