Athlete will record the completed number of rounds at each station, for a total of 3 Final Scores.

7 Minute AMRAP:
6 Burpees
10 Wall Ball

rest 1 Min, then...

5 Min AMRAP:
6 Thrusters (95/65)
10 OVH Lunges (45/25)

rest 1 Min, then...

7 Min AMRAP:
6 Push Ups
10 K2E

It was Nat-Attak's bday wod but she is sick and wont be WODing tonight! We're gonna postpone it!
