This is the FINAL WOD of our "12 Days of CrossFit" program!! ALL of you have done a remarkable job at coming in and giving your best, every single night!! I'm so proud of ALL of you!! Let's do it one last time....TEAR THIS UP!!

For Time:
25 Pull Ups
50 Deadlifts (135/95)
50 Push Ups
50 Box Jumps (24")
50 Floor Wipers (135/95)
50 KB/DB Clean and Press (35#, 25 each arm)
25 Pull Ups

19:55 95lb DL/FW & 25lb C&P, jumping pull ups. No 1st time.

16:22; jumping pull ups, 45lb DL, 45lb FW, 20lb C&P. First time ws 20:01 with same weights

Had my weights wrong the first time...

20:54 with 95 lb DL, 95 lb FW, 30 lbs C&P, first time was 22:50 with same weight.

21:09 Rx (95 deads and FW, 25 DB C&J, 24" box jumps, Rx Pullups)
First time was 23:45 with same weights but only a 20" box jump
