WODs at CrossFit Rebels in Clearwater, FL:
WOD # 1: 3 Rds of 6 muscle ups (scaled with box jump), 30 wall balls, 12 HSPU and 15 Power Cleans
[box muscle up, 10, Rx, 85 also Rx]
1 on 1 work with the coach for 1 1/2 hours doing...full CLEANS and some snatches.
WOD # 2: 12 min AMRAP of 3 Ground to OVH (you guessed it...more power cleans), 7 pushups, 7 burpees, 7 squats followed immediately by a 1 mile run.
5 rounds (x weight of 75 = 375)
Worst mile of my life = 9:13
THEN I come home to do this WOD...
TERRIBLE. 14:31 with 65 pounds and my form wasn't pretty but my legs and back sure were tired. :P CLEANED OUT. ~ Bulldog
