I just added up all power cleans, full cleans, hang cleans and this WOD of hang squat cleans that I have done in the last 6 days and the # is well over 200. Luckily I saw the best Chiropractor in Charleston last night (that'd be Bob, E's husband) and had my hams and piriformis stretched OUT and got adjusted so that I no longer have lower back pain. Thanks for letting me work on my form again Big Guy! :P
