I have no clue what my time was, but 45# bar and 20 true pull-ups, the rest jump-ups. Fun times... hurting today.

14:something, purple band & some 25# lunges but mostly not... forearms were KILLING me! Weighted OVH lunges come in a close 2nd to thrusters on the suck list.
