For Time: Loaded bar (95/65) and with 4 Burpees to start every min
20 Thrusters
20 SDHP
20 Push Jerk
20 OVH Squats
20 Front Squats

8:54 - 45# except for OVH Squats in which I used the PVC pipe. I was scared of this WOD at first but ended up loving it!! Great workout!

Dear Coach,
Thanks for letting me do my first WOD at CrossFit Charlston all over again...with more than a PVC pipe!! ;) I LOVE THIS WOD...well except the Thrusters. And OVH Squats were easier on me than the Thrusters...like I said! :P

9:50, 65#, and after almost falling on my face twice, I switched to the PVC to finish the OVH squats. Apparently you need some balance for those, something that this giraffe needs to work on...
