19:20 Rx- with full standing jump-ups (24"), 135 deadlift, and 3 or 4 pull-ups could have been 2" higher, but I will celebrate victory regardless, WG, even if you aren't. :-P

12:53...115# deadlift first 2 rounds and 95# for 3rd round (obviously not my body weight ;)...regular box jumps and jumping pullups...

So glad to be back twice in one week!!!
