We will be hosting another yoga session tonight at 6:30 with Jamie Debiasse, from Serenity Now Yoga!! Please join us after the WOD, for a nice relaxing stretch and mobility work! Cost is $10... NO experience necessary, and ALL are welcome! Invite a friend!

5 Rounds (1:30 rest between each...)
10 Burpees
12 Sit Ups
14 Squats
16 Push Ups

*Athlete will have one total time, including rest, as their score for the WOD...
