12:49 - 30# KB, Green band pull-ups. My previous times were 11:31 & 11:33 with Jumping Pull-ups- over a minute slower today! :(

15:00 minutes with the 30# kb and thin yellow/purple bands. I think my 1 other time was 14:38 with jumping pullups, so I guess an overall improvement with band pullups....but still SLOW running. :(

12:29 w/RX kettle bell but yellow/purple bands...old time was 11:19 w/jumping pullups...over a minute slower too!

All you peeps saying you're SLOWER when you went from jumping pullups (AKA SUPER easy) to BAND pullups are incorrect!!! Band pullups are WAY harder y'all! BE PROUD that ALL of you kept close to your same times when switching to the bands! THAT IS HUGE!!! :-) Now start getting better with whatever color band you are using and work your way up...just like I did! I started with GREEN band 14 months ago...and look at me now!! Love y'all. :P

11:50 green band and Rx Kettle

Happy with this, 40 sec slower, but did jumping pull-ups before.
