55:37 w/ purple & red band pullups...I was wrong on Saturday about improving my time. My last time was 51:02 (thought it was 58:02)....but that was with jumping pullups, so I'm still happy with 55:37! :)

57 flat, 2 minutes slower than last time. Nothing like regression and being too sore to walk/type/think to motivate me.

49:02...NOT Rx'd yet...had to use purple and yellow bands...but faster than my last time w/jumping pullups (that was 55 something), so yay! :)
