20 Pull Ups
30 Push Ups
40 Sit Ups
50 Squats

4 rounds + 9 pullups. Apparently I needed to cut the rest times down to 2 minutes so I could finish in time...

3 full rounds and 10 squats when time ran out at 35 minutes. Almost 4 full rounds but my hands gave out on me...

33:41 with bands for pull ups. Abs hurt today but it was well worth it!
