barbel only 4 rounds and 5 snatch balance. 20min limit finished the wod after time was up, Need to add weight next time too easy without weight
2 rounds + 1 pullup
(subbed the rope climb for 7 pullups and used the mini-barbell)
That was my PR on the pullups! haha :)
4 full rounds with barbell. Time to embarass myself next time and add some weight to the bar for OVH squats...
