Rx best I got was three rounds of 3 or 3+...think best was 3 + 4 box jumps...this one wiped me out by the end.

Rx wow kicked my butt best was 2 rounds and 1 sdhp. it looked easy on paper. ha ha as usual i was wrong about that.

RX, Best round was 3 Full plus 4 Situps. I started with Situps. Tough but good!

best rep was 2 rd's and 9 sdhp's, 2nd round. just 65# on the sdhp Dr's orders. can't remember the last time I sweat that much.

Wow, this one was tough and worse on a Monday! Best was RX 2 full rounds + 6 Box Jumps, 9 SDHP and 2 situps.

Tough one! Best round was 3 full rounds with 1 second to spare and that was the round I did 55#!

I'm in agreement with everyone else...tough one!

I did regular box jumps and 55# the whole time....best was round 1 with 2 full rounds + 6 box jumps, 9 SDHPs, and 2 situps.
