800m Run

Skill Work: Deadlifts



then...



For every min, on the minute, athlete must do 5 Deadlifts (225/135#) then with whatever time remaining in the minute, must perform as many burpees as possible, until the next minute hits and they resume with 5 more deadlifts. Burpees will be added up each round, until 100 burpees is hit, and the WOD is terminated. Should an athlete take an entire minutes rest at any point in the WOD, they must perform 10 DLs before moving on to the burpees. There will be a 20 min cap on this WOD.



Best way to do this one!?.....HIT IT HARD AND FAST!

Got my butt kicked tonight. 225# was heavy! Finished in 16:47, but had to give up on deadlifts after about 12-13 minutes...

15:43 at 185#, hardest WOD in a while...

14:34 with 95#....had to give up on deadlifts when I hit 80 burpees (around 12 minutes) due to bad form....

This was TOUGH!
