3 rds + 5 wall balls. Yellow and purple band.
3 rounds +14 wall balls RX
2 rounds + 20 DB, 20 WB and 9 pullups (RX the first 1.5 rounds, then used red band)
3 full rounds, 10 DU's first round, singles after that, rx'd PU and ladies med ball
3 full rounds + 10 pullups - started out the door to run but time was called. Still ran 400M though:)
