12:40 Rx - tough workout; bruised forearms from those KB's :(

Finished around 16 minutes after time was up. 40# swings and thrusters. Still a gimp so I subbed burpees for 30 situps.
Almost a DNF but I finished a few seconds before time...only used 20# DB...it was Monday so I felt like a complete slug.
