Warm Up:
1 mile Run
Movement Prep

For Time: partition as needed...
100 Pull Ups
100 KB Swings
100 Double Unders
100 OVH/Back Squats ) (95/65#)

Finished just after the buzzer at 26:00. OVH 45#, 30# KB

DNF 50 on all + 10 pu and 5 kb 50# on the KB and 65# on the OVH. Great workout

MO: Rx'd this one....which is why I have a big fat DNF - but I definitely want to do this one again (just not soon)
Had 40 OVH squats left at the buzzer!

DNF for me too! Finished the 65# back squats...had 75 pullups left (used the red band after about 3 real ones ~ need to practice!), 25 double-unders left and 25 KB left. I need a re-do on this one!
