10 Practice Kips
1 Max HS Hold

For Time, peformed in couplets:
50 Pull Ups*
50 Push Ups
100 KB Swings*
50 Back Squats (135/95#)
50 Deadlifts (135/95#)

*Everytime athlete drops from pull up bar, or sets down kettlebell they must perform at least one rep of the partner exercise before going back to pull up bar, or kb.

Nice wod. Did jumping ring pullups to prevent destroying my hands. I need them nice and fresh for Saturday! Otherwise RX with 50# kb swings. Finished the last 20 deadlifts after the time limit so I don't really know my time.

95# back squat, hand release push ups,50# kb did not get to dead lifts. I ran out of time and then decided to to stop and get ready to get primal>>>>>>>>>>>>
