finished in 21:30. There was a 20 min limit.

Got through all of the 35 and 25 round and was 7 pullups into the 3rd round (I started with pullups)...used purple band for pullups and did stepups

DNF, was 7 pull-ups into round 3 after starting with pull-ups. Liked this one, mainly because it didn't involve a 95lb cement ball.

I think my weekend ruined my workout...DNF the second round. I had 25 pushups, 25 situps and 22 leg lunges left to do in the 2nd round. Used one red band for 1st 25 pullups, then 2 red for all thereafter. The pullups ate my time as usual!

thanks Mo, you are right it was 22 min so i must have finished in 23:30.
