14:30, 95# BS, Rope Climbs, subbed out HSPU for pushups on box.

Went Rx on this one. I think I finished around 18 mins. Squats weren't bad, but getting that bar on my back was the killer. Nice work Ryan. Keep working on those HSPUs.
