40 Reps of the Barbell Complex (95/65#)
1 Power Clean
1 Lunge per Leg
1 Push Press
1 Front Squat

*if the bar is dropped before all 4 movements are completed, it is a no rep and athlete must start over at the power clean

*if your feeling froggy, do this with 135#, or go with an OVH squat instead of a front squat.
