Coach Zuhal will be teaching all regular morning WODs on Friday Dec, 23.
We will be closed Sat, Dec 24 through Mon, Dec 26th.
Normal WOD Schedule will resume on Tuesday Dec, 27th.

We will have no interruption of our normal WOD schedule surrounding the New Year's holiday. Come kick 2012 of with a bang!!

Warm Up:
800 m Run then 2 cycles of...
25 Sit Ups
20 KB Swings
15 Squats

4 Rounds For Time:
10 Deadlifts (225/155#)
20 Wall Balls
150m Farmers Walk (50/30# in each hand)
