Coach Zuhal will be teaching all regular morning WODs on Friday Dec, 23.
We will be closed Sat, Dec 24 through Mon, Dec 26th.
Normal WOD Schedule will resume on Tuesday Dec, 27th.

We will have NO interruption of our normal WOD schedule surrounding the New Year's holiday. Come kick 2012 of with a bang!!

100m Row Sprints x 6
2 cycles of...
12 Box Jumps
12 Navy Seal Push Ups

5 Cycles, Max Effort, Max recovery inbetween each
50 Double Unders
30 Wtd Sit Ups
Max Pull Ups

*Athletes score will be their total number of pull ups after the 5 cycles*
