50 KB Swings
60 Sit Ups
70 Burpees

Strength: Overhead Squats

PVC and Oly Bar Skill work first then:
Sets:
2x8 50%
5x5 60-80%

Aux movements:
GHD/Hyper Ext and Bent over Rows
