Warm Up:
800m Indian Run
50 Straddle Sit Ups
4 150m Row Sprints
3 Wall Walks

For Time:
800m Run then...
10 Rounds of...
10 Ring Push Ups
10 Sit to Stand with Press 
then finish with...
800m Run

"I was comfortable with the walls around me..."
