Warm Up:
400m Run then 3 rounds of
10 Squats
10 Push Ups
10 Pull Ups
10 Walking Lunge w/ OVH Stretch
10 Sit Ups

1 Rep Max Weight Lift of each Movement, 3 attempts only:
Back Squat
Shoulder Press (strict)

"You will definitely feel some resistance during the lift..."
