then 6 Rounds of...
8 Thrusters (95/65#)
6 Burpees over Bar
then finish with...
25 Pull Up to Toes to Bar

BS: 3x5 @ 210 - 90% of 5RM

3 x Max pull-ups: 35-30-23 = 88
