How long have you been CrossFitting?-  7 months

Favorite Exercise or (WOD) Workout of Day?-  Annie;  running, box jumps, dead lifts.  Leg stuff.

Least fav exercise or (WOD) Workout of Day?-  Any workout that’s ONLY upper body- snatches, shoulder press, chest to bar, etc….

Whats the biggest improvement in your CrossFit game that you have seen? -  Even though I complain about the workouts, my upper body has gotten stronger.  I’ve gone from having to use the thickest band ever invented for pull-ups to not needing any.   I can finally do toes 2 bar too.

What's the biggest lifestyle/behavioral/health improvement have you seen from CrossFit?  -My commitment to working out.  Prior to crossfit, I would have NEVER driven 20 minutes to go workout.  If I skip a workout now, I feel like something very important is missing from my day.

Coolest place you've ever CrossFitted? -  Crossfit Charleston is the coolest place ever!  Will and everyone there make it a unique experience every time.  There’s such great energy  and the people  working out along side of you are awesome.  I’ve been to a couple of different Crossfit boxes, and it’s just not the same.

Future CrossFit goals?  -To Rx every named workout.

Future life goals not related to CrossFit? - Time travel.  No seriously, I want to live my life where I  don’t sweat the small stuff, and always keep things in perspective.

What's your favorite part being a part of CrossFit Charleston? - Having the most awesome coaches on the planet who push you to ALWAYS “leave it on the floor“

What one thing would you say you love about CrossFit, to tell someone who doesn't do it yet?-   It’s something different everyday.  Do it once and you’ll be hooked!

If you had a CrossFit nickname what would you want it to be? And why?-  I have no idea!  I would like some input for this one.  Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Shelley, having you at the BOX has been a total blessing. As an athlete you are wonderful to teach, and as a person, you are a wonderful addition to the family! Watching your heart and desire increase, keeps us all motivated! Thank you for your continued effort day in and day out!! It doesn't go unnoticed!! You are REAL.RAW.RELENTLESS.
