Warm Up: 1 mile Run

For Time:
800m Run
100 Sandbag Squats
100 Traveling Push Ups
50 Burpee Bar Touch
100 Ab Mat Sit Ups
100 Mt. Climbers (2 count)

*Athlete must start the WOD with the 800m run, but following that, can break up the order and reps however desired*

I had a lot of thoughts during this one, but thank God my actions were fairly consistent. Finished about one minute past the 31:00 time cap. Awesome workout!! Thank you CrossFit Charleston! :)
