"Mob-Wod" with SJ is tomorrow morning at 9:30!!

Some of you have asked, "What the heck is a Mob-Wod!?"
Mob-Wod is short for mobility wod. Mobility means movement. Good CrossFitters have good mobility! When they squat, their knees track out. When in front rack, their elbows stay high. When doing push ups, they can extrenally rotate the elbows and shoulders as they press out! Their body moves through full ranges of motion without pain, or lack of function or strength.
