10 Air Squats
5 Pull Ups
5 Hollow Rocks
5 Supermans
then finish with..
400m Run

10 Intervals at 2 min each:
3 Back Squats at 70% of Max
6 Toes to Bar
9 Wall Ball Sit Ups
