How long have you been CrossFitting? 16 months

Favorite Exercise or (WOD) Workout of Day?Anything with running and I really like Overhead         Squats! 

Least fav exercise or (WOD) Workout of Day? Sumo Deadlift High Pulls...just saying it makes me cringe..if I could ever "cherry pick", I would definitely cherry pick SDHPs!!!

Whats the biggest improvement in your CrossFit game that you have seen? Strength, obviously.  I came in here16 months ago and could barely pick up the 45# bar and you can forget trying to get a pull-up!  Both have significantly improved!  

What's the biggest lifestyle/behavioral/health improvement have you seen from CrossFit? I never believed Crossfit could maintain my conditioning for running.  Crossfit has not only made me a better runner, but it has also made me a faster runner..(it has not been able to fix that silly side kick, though..go figure)

Coolest place you've ever CrossFitted? -  Crossfit Charleston, of course!  Nothing better, right?

Future CrossFit goals?
 Never. Stop!  Getting a true bar muscle-up wouldn't hurt my feelings either. That would definitely be future..

Future life goals not related to CrossFit? To completely enjoy all the things God has graciously blessed me with...a wonderful husband, two beautiful children, an awesome city to call home, and an amazing Box that I consider family!

What's your favorite part about being an athlete at CrossFit Charleston? Honestly...EVERYTHING!  I cannot imagine myself anywhere else!  As before, this place is like family! They push me, encourage me, and kick my tail when warranted!  Will, you and ALL the trainers are amazing!  You are passionate about what you do and you work to instill that passion in each of your athletes!  Thank you!

What one thing would you say you love about CrossFit, to tell someone who doesn't do it yet?-Try it!  I have been involved in some area of sports/athletics all my life, but not until I came to Crossfit did I understand the meaning of being a true athlete! This stuff is mind and body changing!  I never thought I could have this much fun while at the same time swearing I was going to die!!!

If you had a CrossFit nickname what would you want it to be? And why?  J. Jones... I have been called by my last name most of my life, so it was fitting for it to carry over to Crossfit.

J. Jones..keep up the great work! It's a joy being able to coach you from time to time. Your energy and excitement always fill the box! Keep working towards those goals and striving for more. You never know what the good Lord might have planned!
