12 Push Ups (any variation athlete chooses)

Teams of 2
13 Min Cap:
400m Med Ball Run (1 athlete carry only)
then...
4 Rounds, alternating...
12 Slam Balls
12 Pistol (6/6)
then...
400m Med Ball Run (opposite athlete carry)
then...
With whatever time is remaining athletes perform Max Reps T2B, one person working at a time...
