We are headed to West Palm Beach for the 2013 CrossFit Games South East Regionals!! Team CFC will be throwing down all weekend against the best of the best! Should be an amazing experience!!

Here is a reminder of our weekly WOD schedule...

Thursday: 7:30 and 8:30am ONLY, no evening wods
Friday: 6:00am ONLY
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
Monday: 4:30, 5:30, and 6:30 (SoS) ONLY, no morning wods

We will be posting "at home" WODs throughout the weekend! You could also use this time, to get outside and get active...run the bridge, sprints on the beach, frisbee in the park, anything that gets you "jacked and tan!"

AMRAP: 23 Minutes
5 Burpees
10 Squats
15 Sit Ups
20 Mountain Climbers (10 per leg)
30 Double Unders (60 singles, 60 Jumping Jacks if no rope)
