As promised, May will be a full month devoted to Mobility!!
Coaches and athletes will take 4 to 8 min at the end of every WOD this month to address some important points in reference to mobility, recovery, and injury prevention!!
These mobility pieces will not be homework, they will be worked into the WOD time so there will be no excuses.

We have 10 different Mobility pieces, that each focus on a unique area of the body...
