10 Hip Bridges
10 Elevated Push Ups
then...
600m Run

Strength: EMOTM= 10 Min
7 Knees to Elbows

12 Min AMRAP:
10 yard HS Walk/1 Walk Walk + 30 Shoulder Taps
20 Clean and Jerks (135/95#)
30 Pistols (alt)
40 OVH Lunges (45/25#)
50 Burpees to Plate
